Natalie Coleman is Investment Director at Head Gear, where she is the most senior member of the investment team and acts as the first point of contact for any new submissions.
Following a brief stint in investment banking, Natalie found her way into the industry working on the sets of feature films in various capacities before moving into media finance.
She also forms part of the investment committee who are the ultimate decision makers in regard to Head Gear’s involvement. Natalie’s key role is to liaise with producers on an array of film, tv and game projects, ensuring the smooth transition from one stage to the next, starting from application, through to financial close
.Natalie also uses her experience to give lectures on film marketing and finance and supports industry events that promote female filmmakers.
