Disney and Alibaba, two years ago, tried to make an arrangement to allow Cinese families to see the classics of the American company. The partnership failed because of some unclear problems with the Cinese Antitrust authority.
After this first attempt, the two industries try again a new partnership that allows to 30 millions of families to access to 100 Disney films and 1000 tv series. The platform that they will use will not be DisneyLife, as they have say before, but Youku Tudou, a recent investment of Jack Ma particularly fruitful, that today boasts 580 million registered users and 1.2 billion views per day.
