Chiara Sbarigia, APA General Manager, has been appointed as the new Treasurer of the European Coordination of Independent Producers (CEPI), by the President Jérôme Dechesne.
The appointment of Sbarigia – who replaces Werner Müller, Treasurer since 2016 – has been accepted unanimously by the CEPI Board.
«In a period of great transformations in the audiovisual panorama and new opportunities offered by digital, APA intends to strengthen its commitment at a European level. I will therefore do my best to contribute to the development and growth of CEPI for the next two years”, said Sbarigia.
CEPI, the European association of audiovisual production, is committed every day to strengthen and promote the sector to make it independent, healthy and competitive, protecting and representing the interests of its 20 members (including 19 national cinema and audiovisual associations).
