5 August 2021 is the deadline for submitting applications for access to grants for international film and audiovisual distribution companies. A total of 3 million euros are dedicated to this sector.
The initiative is promoted by the Ministry of Culture (MiC) and the General Directorate for Cinema and Audiovisual. The distribution of the resources is governed by the following criteria:
The contribution is 25 thousand Euros, with possible reductions for specific cases.
The surplus resources will be proportionally redistributed among the beneficiaries.
The total amount of the contribution is 100,000 euros.
Additional conditions for access to the contribution are related to revenues in the biennium 2019-2020 and participation in international markets.
