This conference aims to support Sales Agents in discovering more about the potential distribution of non-US films on the Chinese market (with a focus on movie theatres and VOD platforms). Among the main topics: facts & figures of distribution and the theatrical release of non-US films in China; a focus on the Chinese audience concerning its demands, tastes and habits; an overview of the quota/flat fee system with its key points of concern; a presentation and analysis of the complex Chinese system through legal elements, visa regulations and obligations, business models, administration management, taxes and fees, among others.
