A spin-off from the Italian soap opera Un Posto al Sole is being born.
The new series, under the title In Dolce Attesa, will feature some of the most beloved faces of the long-lasting Neapolitan soap opera, as Patrizio Rispo (the goalkeeper Raffaele Giordano), Claudia Ruffo (who plays the character of Angela), Davide De Venuto (Andrea in the Vulcano bar), and Francesco Vitiello, in charge of directing the project, among others.
For this purpose, the group has established K2 Film, a production company, and on the occasion of the 5000th episode of the soap, they announced the project for this new Neapolitan series. For now, they have just finished shooting the pilot episode, with the starring actors Agnese Lorenzin and Ivan Castiglione in the parts of Milena and Marco, a couple struggling in a comedy on the topic of motherhood. The screenplay has been written by Vitiello himself and by Marezia Ori and Lucio Cremonese in charge of the photography.
