The Ministry of Culture published the directorial decree of 25 August 2021, authorising contributions for the Extraordinary Plan for the development of the cinemas circuit.
Grants are dedicated to increasing the number of screens, and concern cinemas and multiplexes in the city. The total amount of funds invested is over € 4 millions, destined to 11 cinemas spread all over Italy.
The Directorate-General for Cinema and Audiovisual Media may carry out checks in the beneficiaries’ buildings to ensure that the conditions required by the law are met. Any undue use will be subject to sanctions.
