Dario Franceschini, the Italian Minister of Culture, has signed a decree directing 5 million euros to support the return to cinemas, theatres and other places of entertainment.
These resources will be used to finance information and communication campaigns.
The 5 million allocated are part of the emergency Fondo emergenze spettacolo, cinema e audiovisivo. They will be divided into two sub-quotas, of 2.5 million each, entrusted to the Direzione generale Cinema e audiovisivo with the support of Direzione generale dello Spettacolo and Cinecittà.
