The most important film festival dedicated to the LGBT world will be in Turin from the 20th to the 24th of April, 2018. Here are all the events of Lovers Film Festival.
Since 1986 Lovers Film Festival has entered the Italian scene as the most important festival dedicated to the LGBTQI world (lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer and intersexual). The oldest in Europe and the third most important in the world, it will be directed by the filmmaker Irene Dionisio and presided over by Giovanni Minerba, co-founder with Ottavio Mai. The special guest of the inaugural evening of the Festival will be Pif (a famous Italian actor and director) – who approached the “rainbow” world during his program The Witness – which will open together with the director and actor Pino Strabioli a Dialogue on diversity to celebrate the beginning of the 33rd edition.
Lovers Film Festival will have five positions for short films/feature and medium films, three of which will be preceded by four performances/talks by four artists (Cosimo Terlizzi, Brice Coniglio, Irene Pittatore and Francesca Arri).
