The second call for the fund “Italian Film Commission & Netflix Per Le Troupe” is online. Its purpose is to stem the effects of the pandemic on the supply chain.
The fund was established by Netflix and Italian Film Commission in May 2020 with an allocation of 1mln euro. From May 28th to June 11th 2020 about 600 workers and female workers in the sector were able to benefit from an individual contribution of €800.
In recent days the second call, which had already been announced in early September, went online. With it the criteria to be admitted to the fund have been widened. Those who participated in the first call can apply, but only if they have not obtained the contribution already.
Applications can be sent from 2 to 16 October 2020 on this platform.
