Vini and Tito are two bohemian mice inspired by Vinicius de Morais and Tom Jobim respectively. After witnessing the moment when God imposes on Noah the task of sheltering only one pair of each animal in his ark, the two partners find a way to embark on this adventure together. Amidst the chaos of the flood, the film turns out to be a fun political fable, where art and poetry are the counterpoint to the barbarism and individualism of the strongest.
Directed by Sérgio Machado and produced by Gullane, Noah’s Ark is one of the projects selected for the MIA | Cinema Co-Production Market and Pitching Forum. To find out more on this and all the other projects, click here.
