Some of the guests were: Lesley Birchard (Executive in Charge of Production CBC Short Docs), Daniel Cross (producer | EYE STEEL FILM), Michael McMahon (producer | Primitive Entertainment), Shane Smith (Director of Programming | Hot Docs).
“We are looking for stories with a Canadian element, but we also look for an international audience” highlighted Lesley Birchard (Executive in Charge of Production CBC Short Docs). The interest towards the opportunity to invest in co-production marks the Primitive Entertainment too, producer Michael McMahon also explained that “It’s nice to be here at MIA again“, “We are very interested in co-produce and we are very keen to work with Italy“. He also added that “We are interested in developing co-production because it creates relationships over time at markets like MIA“
