Regione Lazio has allocated €3 million in grants to support theaters, cinemas and bookstores. The contributions are divided and destined
- 1 million euros to theaters;
- 1 million euros to cinemas;
- 1 million euros to independent bookshops.
As reported by the Regione Lazio, the initiative is targeted at companies, owners or managers of theaters, cinemas or independent bookstores in Lazio for projects aimed at improvement and empowerment. Grants are allocated of 70% of eligible costs up to €50,000, for a maximum contribution of €35,000; and 40% of total eligible costs in excess of €50,000, for a maximum contribution of €100,000.
A share of 20% of the total budget of the Notice is reserved for projects relating to theaters, cinemas and independent bookstores located in one of the municipalities falling within the Complex Crisis Areas of the Lazio Region.
Applications may be submitted via GeCoWEB Plus from 12 pm on April 21 until 6 pm on June 21, 2022.
