The twenty-year partnership between A + E Networks Italia and Sky Italia has been renewed.
The agreement between the two television groups provides that A + E brands such as History, Crim + Investigation and Blaze, will continue to be visible on Sky. Sky Media will always manage the advertising sales of the group.
The partnership confirms a very strong relationship at European level: in Germany, in fact, “the two groups have been collaborating for several years, while the United Kingdom sees them as partners in a joint venture that covers more than sixty countries in the EMEA region”, according to PrimaOnline.
The renewal confirms “the consolidated bond between us and Sky, strengthening a twenty-year relationship, since History landed in Italy in 2003. On the one hand, Sky recognizes A + E’s undisputed ability to enrich its offer with content of quality that includes both the rich A + E catalog but also the large local productions; on the other, A + E finds in Sky an important partner that has allowed the growth of the group and the enhancement of its business in the Italian television market “, underlines Patricio Teubal, General Manager of A + E Networks Italia.
