Giacomo Lev Mannheimer

Giacomo is Head of Government Affairs & Public Policy, TikTok Southern Europe, with responsibility for the company’s institutional relations in Italy, Greece, Portugal and Spain. He holds a degree in Law from the University of Milan and a degree in International Political Economy from the University of Kent. Prior to TikTok he worked for other innovative companies and before that in politics and consulting. Passionate about digital economy regulation, he is a Research Fellow of Bruno Leoni Institute, member of the Board of Directors at Forum Economia Innovazione and coordinator of the scientific committee of the Milan Metropolitan Observatory. His articles and contributions have appeared on Il Sole 24 ORE, Il Giornale, The Guardian, Il Foglio and Linkiesta, among others.
