Director of “Rai Ragazzi” and of Kids Content Production, Luca Milano supervises the production, acquisition and broadcasting of media content aimed at children, tweens and teens (animated series and films, fiction, magazines, TV programs) of the Italian TV channels “Rai Yoyo” and “Rai Gulp”.
Rai Ragazzi is one of the main European consumers of kids, tweens and teens content.
Currently, he is Chairperson of the “Kids Media” Group of EBU, the European union of public broadcasters.
For years, he was Deputy Director of RAI FICTION.
Before entering Rai, he was an international affairs journalist, a UN officer based in Geneva, and manager of an Italian consulting firm for international cooperation projects.
